Xytharelshon provides professional styling and wardrobe consultation services. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following guidelines.
If you cancel your scheduled consultation or styling package:
Once a styling consultation or wardrobe analysis has been completed, refunds are generally not available as the service has been delivered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of completion to discuss your concerns.
You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged and no refund will be provided. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
If you wish to modify your service package after booking, we will work with you to accommodate changes when possible. Additional services may incur extra charges, while downgrades will be refunded the difference minus a processing fee.
